Should/could I add a Makefile (e.g. with build, dist, release)?

• This would make it possible/easier to release to PyPI. python setup.py register upload
• So I checked LICENSE.txt:
  • current link: https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2002/copyright-software-20021231
    • 5eb8e56
  • latest W3C license: https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2015/copyright-software-and-document
    • IIUC, we are to copy the license in full to the redistributed work.
      • Update to this latest license and copy in full (given permission/confirmation?)

@westurner yes, please, go ahead. I presume you can commit to the same PR and I can then accept it in one step, ie, I will be waiting for this.

The difference of the licensing URL shows that the package is not that recent:-)
