Enable the use of the following new rocRoller features:

  • DirectToLDS
  • Swizzle Scale
  • Prefetch Scale

Also does the following:

  • Uses tiles with larger sizes in the k dimension
  • Switches to using the 16X16X128 instruction in most cases.
  • Enables larger PrefetchInFlight option for FP4 GEMMs.
  • Adds more logging functionality to match what is being done with TensileLite kernels.
