Fix issue with some pipes don't markDirty itself cause writeToNBT don't fire up
Should I just put it to LogisticsTileGenericPipe instead?
should better than tho
Resolve #1678, #1679, etc.

Fixed Bulk100 mode requesting wrongly.
Clash with #1680

Implement custom method for room checking (using Iterator)
May remove it because no usage outside, and the implementation is just too poorly
