Rafael Cenzano

I'm a Software Engineer 2 at MongoDB currently rotating over a few teams; Atlas Stream Processing Platform, Atlas Async Runtime, Go Library. I have worked primarily with Python and Typescript on personal projects but through my professional experience, I have picked up Go, Java, SQL, and related libraries as well as experience with cloud resources on AWS.

Projects

  • 🔬 LabConnect, a Rensselaer Center for Open Source project that I've been leading since the Fall 2023 semester aimed at creating a website that connects undergraduate students to research positions on campus. This website is designed with Flask and React.
  • 📝 Alpha Phi Omega, Epsilon Zeta Chapter Website, a brand new website built with FastAPI, MongoDB, and HeroUI. The website has information on our chapter but also manages our lost and found records, backtest records, and loaner tech availability.
