  • The fork of shivammathur/setup-php we are currently using seems to be dated from ~Jan 12th 2023.
  • This PR syncs with the upstream repo.
  • Not sure the reasoning behind forking the repo and why we're not simply using the upstream repo...?
  • This also is an attempt at seeing if this will help the issue as experienced in this PR with PHP 8.3: https://github.com/Rebilly/rebilly/pull/4180
  • For reference, in case we need to revert, our fork is currently at 2b77dd6.
