Wrong theme.openapi autocompletion in *redocly.yaml* #45
Description
What happened?
When trying to autocomplete theme.openapi in the redocly.yaml file, it get's appended with the 3.1.0 string despite it should be an object.
What should have happened instead?
The extension should not populate theme.openapi with a string.
