Fixes an issue introduced by #472 where memory was not being mapped for the melonds ds core. That core does not provide memory maps, and the NDS map does have a sizable gap to expose the TCM memory.
This modifies the solution implemented by #472 to not discard the unmapped memory entirely. Instead, it stops mapping when the padding is encountered.
