Usage

1. Ensure Python is installed on your system.
2. Install necessary dependencies by running pip install -r requirements.txt in the command prompt.
3. Start the Flask backend by running app.py in one terminal.
4. Start the frontend server by running server.js in another terminal.
5. Access the web interface through your browser and follow the prompts for FIR registration.
