Running instructions for local development

• git clone https://github.com/RoiDayan1/lara-react-todo.git roid-lara-react-todo
• cd roid-lara-react-todo
• yarn bootstrap
• yarn server-prepare
• from roid-lara-react-todo root:
  • console 1: yarn start-server
  • console 2: yarn start-app
• go to: http://localhost:8005/
