Quest-Config-Maker-V1.0.0

This is a configuration maker for the quests in the plugin listed below, It has other functionality but that is for the most part server specific. Feel free to add any functionality you would like and alert me of any bugs. I know the code is a bit spaghetti currently but I plan on organizing it better eventually.
