修复: KookBC 不能启动，因为没有 Apache Commons Lang ，但是 JKook 正在使用那个。
（下一个版本的 JKook 也许会移除 Apache Commons Lang，因为我认为仅仅为了 Validate 类就包含整个库的代价有些大）
所以，此版本之前的 KookBC 均无法启动。请使用此版本。
