This pull request adds a basic configuration for gitpod.io, a vscode based web editor. You can give this setup a try yourself by going to https://gitpod.io/#https://github.com/dcermak/doc-sle
The workspace will launch a new workspace which builds the opensuse-all manual and launch a python server in the background to be able to look at the results.
