Drop obsolete products

Description

We dropped 2 SLES for SAP products from SCC recently, and need to delete those also from RMT servers that might have mirrored them during beta phase.

Additionally, the SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 16.0 aarch64 (id 2938) got de-published recently.

How to test

Run bin/rake db:migrate:

• See the migration succeed without an error in case your RMT did not have those products yet
• See the migration remove the products in case your RMT had them.

Change Type

Please select the correct option.

• Bug Fix (a non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New Feature (a non-breaking change which adds new functionality)
• Documentation Update (a change which only updates documentation)
