Running

You can run it both to Cloud Foundry and Heroku.

• cf push -f cf-deploy.yml for Cloud Foundry - make sure to edit this before deploying.
• git push heroku master for GitKube/Heroku/Heroku-compatible hosts. Make sure your Git remote is pointing to Heroku/GitKube/Heroku-compatible host.
