Updates

  • pyproject.toml
  • .gitignore
  • .pre-commit-config.yaml
    • black
    • isort
    • pyright not yet implemented
  • pydantic & pydantic_settings for ENV MySQL URL
  • sqlalchemy ORM used for dummy testing.

Dev Install

conda create --name quantdb pip
conda activate quantdb
git clone https://github.com/SciCrunch/quantitative-db.git
cd quantitative-db
pip install -e ".[dev]"

Fastapi usage

uvicorn quantdb.main:app --reload
