Fixed Dated and Comma Issue

In this release I increased the accuracy of date detection and correction (m/d/yy was an issue). Also the user had a CSV with a "phantom" comma in it that was not physically in the number, but in the formatting style which caused an issue. Now these commas that are done with the formatting will be handled correctly.
