• replaces .png ScribeDAO logos in header & footer with .svg

• adds react-icons library to be able to leverage svg icons using imports & leverage tree shaking to reduce bundle size over using .png

• closes Site currently uses .png for logos & icons on DOM; replace with .svg #17

@saihaj - i opened #20 to address this logo resolution, because i think it shouldn't block us moving forward, I tried svgr and need to investigate more because we end up with a very very small logo that can't be seen

• this could be a great issue for someone just getting onboarded to tackle
