The main change of this release is based on feedback from the Scrum.org F2F event in Amersfoort nov '24 - Thanks to all PST's involved in collaborating!
There are now 2 play modes:
1 'Easy': takes less time and focuses on matching the levels for each accountability and how they interact/line up. Which card goes with which accountability is already clear. This is the same as the previous versions.
2 'Advanced: adds more depth, students need to figure out which card goes with which accountability as well as on which level. This is new and can be played by asking to use the 'red' sides only.
Changes compared to v1:
- Added facilitation instructions for the 2 play modes #7
- Text corrections #6
- Removed the accountabilities on the back sides of the content cards
- Made all accountability title cards double sided, second side is all organge
- Visuals added fo SM, Dev & PO, in the new comic visual Scrum Facilitators style

Exploring Self Management is a card game to explore and discuss leadership approaches to managing Scrum Teams in a productive way. The aim is to provide insight and learning to help leaders grow with their teams and create space for teams to flourish and develop to become more effective, more self-managing and take more ownership with Scrum.
This game is based on the game developed by Ron Eringa at Evolutionary Leadership and used in the Scrum.org Professional Agile Leadership Essentials course.
This release includes the initial version built by @cheehonghsia with help of @sjoerdly and feedback from @Ziryan-salayi (color-blind adjustments by reporting #1) and direct feedback from various students in our PAL-E training.
