For the
GPCoregionalizedRegressionclass this PR adds thenormalizerargument in the constructor and thesetXYmethod.I see that autoformatting makes it a bit harder to see the changes, I can revert this formatting if needed. It is also not clear to my why the tests now fail for unrelated stuff. I'll investigate.
