WIP- ci(frontend,design): add storybook builds to the frontend

• fixing Fix and Run storybook-test:ci as part of our design approval process + Show previews on PRs #9335

Changes

• I’ve added chromatic to our GitHub CI pipeline.
• I’ve added mock providers to our Storybook.
• I’ve fixed the tailwind CSS fonts for our stories.
• I’ve fixed all the tests in our Storybook.
• I’ve made each component pixel perfect according to our design.
• I’ve fixed all the stories according to our new component structure and rewritten all the tests accordingly.
