Replaces the hunger bar with a mana bar for users that have fancy bars disabled
The mana bar shows overflow without obscuring main mana and blinks to indicate the amount of mana used like the health bar
There is one potential issue I am aware of: The mana bar replaces the health display for mounts, as far as I'm aware this isn't actually used anywhere in skyblock but if I'm wrong the mana bar can be hidden when necessary
