Current Behavior

New Behavior

This PR adds a logger package to the mono-repo. To be published to npm as @sofie-automation/logger.

See the README of the logger for details and usage.

I feel like this should be in its own repository as it probably doesnt want to be tied to the version number scheme or release cycle as the rest of sofie-core
