I remembered we have documentation for Vagrant box: https://docs.stackstorm.com/install/vagrant.html
Could you please also find/replace the IP in there as well? https://github.com/StackStorm/st2docs/blob/master/docs/source/install/vagrant.rst

This will adjust the IP address to support latest VirtualBox clients on Windows and WSL to resolve #68 issue.
