[bugfix][THIRDPARTY] Upgrade jdk from 8 to 11 in case of build fe failure

Why I'm doing:

in main/3.5.5 branch, build.sh --fe ,error happen: cannot find symbol symbol: class var

What I'm doing:

upgrade jdk in /thirdparty/vars-x86_64.sh from 8 to 11
