[Doc] leave edit url out of PDF (backport #52757) #52762

When we generate PDFs of the docs the "edit this page" link shows at the bottom of each section. This is not necessary for people who need a PDF because they are offline.

This PR also syncs the rest of the CSS and icons from the production build to the preview builds that we do on our laptops.
