@hgy59 is it worth updating our download link then rebase to it runs? Or anyway there a way too many dependencies and its not worth it (i.e. for both openssl3 and xz)?

I would fix it one after the other (either openssl3 or xz first)
xz has (a little bit) less dependencies...

I propose to run a full build only once per PR (and if all green merge it and cancel the full build)
some rust tools still fail for armv5 in synocli-*
