re-enable CanivPoller #25
Description
find another way to gate whether or not we poll caniv
- run binary once, see if we have an auxiliary CAN bus?
- check config file for flag indicating we have an auxiliary CAN bus?
- check config file for name of auxiliary CAN bus, check status
- similar to previous option, may not have ROI
