allow CAN bus to be inherited from parent configs #28
Description
as a feature enhancement, it'd be nice if the MaroonFramework config support allowed a user to specify the CAN bus for a parent node in the config (eg for "drive"), and by default, child nodes ("drive.SteerLeftFront") could inherit the CAN bus by the parent (if not also specified at the child node).
