移动端 H5 组件文档和样式文件收拢，共用一份

  • 移除 api_v2 文件夹，后续 h5 端将使用 api 文件夹内容
  • 移除 components/v2 样式文件，其内容迁移到 组件文件下
  • 补充 guide 组件英文文档
