1.在编辑和新增弹窗中云区域ID不显示，只显示云区域（其对应的ID和云区域ID对应）
2.详情页显示但是锁死不给修改
3.列表页云区域现在显示ID（改成对应中文）
4.统一cloud回传给后台接口的数据格式
5.优化云区域列表的接口数据请求
