Working with Remotes lesson: Fix assignment link and rephrase instructions

Because

The content linked in the second assignment is divided into many different sections each of which are on a different route. As a result, some people misinterpreted the link as broken.

This PR

• Updates link text for the second assignment as per the acceptance criteria.
• Changes the href to https://think-like-a-git.net/sections/about-this-site.html which is the actual starting point of content.
• Rewords the instructions for clarity.
