1. Added monkey patching of Rake’s help output 1. Rake help output is not printed to a string instead of $stdout to alleviate intervealving problems with Loginator’s new queued logging. 1. Caused Rake help output formatting to better match Thor’s formatting. 1. Added documentation, Ceedling Suite, and Github Sponsors text / links in `help` command line output footer.
