I think "Wrap long lines in code blocks" should be set to "No" by default. Scrollable codeblocks are the default behavior of many blog themes and websites. |

This PR collects changes for v5.4.0 to the default configuration settings.
These changes are updates to the shadow tiddlers within the core (or, in some cases, themes). That means that if a user who has already customised a setting upgrades to v5.4.0 then their customisation is maintained.
The following changes are currently included:
