Projects with large mp3s benefit greatly; a project in my downloads folder goes from 9s to 2s to save for only a 3.2% size increase |

Saving https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/569447364 goes from 290ms -> 220ms (25% faster) and file size goes from 321.8KB -> 327.2KB (1.6% larger)
Seems worth it?
