Replaced Generic Sensors with specific topics for Temperature, pH, Salinity.
Set up pressure as well, but commented it out after ELEC said we don't need it.
Have not tested that it works with remote_transceiver and sailbot_db, because these were not passing tests even before the local_transceiver changes were made
