This PR aims to create a data pipeline for the Thanzi model, enabling countries to efficiently format their data for integration. Currently, Joel and myself have updated the data formatting files included in the repository.
It would be beneficial to include all files used to generate the resource files for the model within the same folder for better organization and accessibility.
Successful completion of this PR will close issue #1490
