Market analysis to reflect initial phases of assessment of market feasibility within local market areas will be introduced as part of the real estate development model flow.
Idea is to filter parcels with some initial, crude metrics to scale the problem down before running it through the core calculations.

Market analysis here refers to the first phase of real estate feasibility analysis, in which developers scan a large market area for potential development sites, looking at factors that can provide an initial indication of where development might be feasible, before starting to do pro forma analysis on a subset of parcels. In terms of how this might be implemented in the new developer model, it might be a preliminary process to screen parcels for ones that meet a set of basic criteria which we would still need to determine. This would filter out parcels that don't meet the initial screening from further consideration.
Need more clarification.
