Starting pycsw on geoport

2020 update

We are using pycsw from the ioos binstar/anaconda channel, in a custom conda environment:

conda create -n pycsw python=2.7 pycsw gunicorn

restart the service:

sudo supervisorctl  restart pycsw

check that it's running:
