Spatially-Referenced Regresson On Watershed Attributes (SPARROW) is designed for predicting long-term average values of concentrations and amounts of selected constituents delivered to dwonstream recieving waters. This particular application is designed to display U.S. Geological Survey SPARROW data in Tennessee.
