This is the final version of the analysis, as it was used in the final, published paper, including all of the paper figures.

Revision 2, all code in R

This is the repository after Revision 2 of the paper. A new version of the analysis has been added (Analysis_r3), which now contains all code in R, including the topo maps, making the Python code redundant.
