RPG-X 2.3 BETA 2

New release with many bugfixes, among them a crash on client disconnects
Also this is the first version taht has 'stable' linux binaries.
The linux 32 Binars is only available as dedicated server as there are issues with the renderer that we were unable to fix so far.
