Issue #40

Added sample for JEE Mains

  1. Added JEE mains OMR sheet
  2. Added evaluation file
  3. Added template file
  4. Added answer key

Verified that both samples give same score.

LGTM as discussed.
Contrast preprocessor was quite important for this one in detections. And for line detection we applied a custom lineBlurKernel and lineThreshold
