uses a new WETH/USDC pool (with more liquidity) as the main stable/WETH pool of the sepolia subgraph.
copies some pricing logic from the swap handler to the initialize, such that when the initialize handle computes and stores the derivedETH of token0 and token1 of a pool, it is using accurate values of token0price and token1price.
Tested by confirming TVLs are computed as expected for some newer pools we created and seeded.
