Warning if running run that has missing inputs #220
Description
We know if the input files don't exist. In this situation, we can display a warning when running.
Example: running step 3 of digits-sklearn without having run the previous one will fail because the classifier doesn't exist.
A confirmation dialog can be shown for the GUI (and maybe a warning for the command-line as well?)
