This mirror is needed in order to speed up download of these files after new Go release is integrated into https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/blob/master/deployment/docker/builder/Dockerfile .

The download speed from musl.cc is extremely slow (e.g. 10kb/s and less), so this slows down builds significantly (to 1-2 hours instead of a few minutes) after upgrading Go releases.
