Remove link to VCHI dashboard & restructure intro paragraphs

Description

This PR holds the below changes:

1. Removed the link to VCHI dashboard
2. Added info to register for VCHI by filling out form pinned in the #monthly-challenge channel on Slack
3. Fixed nested paragraph tags to avoid hydration in the intro
4. Restructured the order of intro paragraphs for clarity

@adiati98 it definitely is. I thought I was a super contributor but maybe I'm not. It looks like PRs can't be merged unless a super contributor approves. I'll try to look at it when I'm at my computer

I think only me and @dominicduffin1 (and maybe Abbey) are super contributors. All I know is that super contributors can't review PRs that they author, but they can merge in once it's approved. But I somehow can't do it now. 😅

This is what I'm getting when I try to bypass requirements. I can't change it--at least from mobile. But it says none of these are options on this repo. If no one has changed anything, maybe it's a GH bug 🤔

I'm on mobile, too, so I can't see any settings here.
I don't think anyone has changed anything. I could still review and merge in (other than my) PRs yesterday.
