Format Converter

Format Converter is a collection of code that:

• Convert between different markup languages.
• Generate commonly used stuff such as table of contents.

Specifications

• The purposes of the code are specified in the file names of each code file.
• The commands to install the dependencies of a code file are placed in the comments at the beginning of it.
• Default I/O file mames:
  • HTML - index.html
  • GitHub Flavored Markdown (md in code file name) - README.md
  • Table of Contents - TOC.extension_name
