What?
This PR adds a bookmarking/favorites system for WordPress posts, allowing users to save posts for later reading, like posts or wishlist products. The feature includes:

Closes #59524
This PR contains all the necessary code for other bookmark eco-system blocks. This should be considered as the base PR for the bookmark eco-system.
