This change adds a newline at the end of the .gitignore file, ensuring better compatibility with text editors and tools that expect a newline at the end of files.
Eliminate redundancy in .gitignore by ensuring .Rproj.user is listed only once. This simplifies the ignore rules and prevents potential confusion or misconfiguration.
