Does the yosys support the parameter "input_ccb" with semicolon in liberty file?

Hi,
I feel really appreciated with using yosys in my project.
However, I've in stuck with some problems.

can i ask that does the yosys provide read the parameter "input_ccb" in liberty file?
i heard that it is some noise parameter using in newly foundry manufacturing process.

it can be used in synopsys DC tool, but does not work on yosys with log as below.

line : input_ccb(XXXX_X1N_XXXXX_X8__XXX_1_4_XXXXXXX:a)
ERROR: Syntax error in liberty file on line 600.

---

Can i have some work arround for this or some guide with it?
